Modify Mesh Q8ΒΆ
In Mesh Edit Tool, click “Modify Mesh Q8”. Be aware of the view-selector at the top of the Mesh Edit Tool. In the image below “View1” is selected.
A virtual Q8 element with eight nodes will be visible in the view, surrounding the entire mesh. The eight nodes can be clicked and dragged to modify the mesh.
This is how the mesh looks like when you drag the nodes of the virtual Q8 element.
Click “X” in the action bar to cancel the Q8 mesh modification, or click “V” to accept the changes to the mesh.
