eCorr Settings

The :doc:`ecorrsettings` can be accessed from menubar click **Edit** |xrarr| **Settings**).

The settings form currently has two main tabs called **View** and **Analysis**. The **View** tab controls how items are visualized, in terms of colors, font sizes, etc... 
The **Analysis** tab gives the file paths the various tools needed for carrying out analyses.
